Depending on how you use LemonPulse, we may collect:

• Authentication and session information needed to keep you signed in securely.
• Lemon Squeezy connection details, including your API key, store identifiers, and connection labels.
• Synced business data from your connected Lemon Squeezy account, such as orders, subscriptions, products, customers, discounts, licenses, and related activity.
• Device-related information needed for notifications, including push notification tokens and notification preference settings.
• Subscription and billing status information related to LemonPulse Pro purchases handled through Google Play.
• Support requests, feedback, and communications you send to us.
• Basic website usage information such as browser and device data, IP address, and pages visited, if analytics or hosting logs are enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your LemonPulse account.
• Authenticate users and secure access to the app and website.
• Connect to Lemon Squeezy, sync store data, and display dashboards and analytics.
• Send product notifications and respect your notification preferences.
• Manage subscription access and confirm LemonPulse Pro entitlement status.
• Respond to support questions and improve the service experience.
• Detect misuse, prevent fraud, and maintain platform security.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. API Keys And Sensitive Store Data

LemonPulse requires a Lemon Squeezy API key to connect your store. That key is transmitted over a secure connection and stored in encrypted form. It is used only to validate your connection, refresh synced data, and support the product features you enable.

LemonPulse also stores synced store information so the app can show relevant metrics and activity. You should only connect stores you are authorized to manage.

5. How Information Is Shared

We may share information with the following categories of recipients:

• Infrastructure, hosting, and database providers that operate LemonPulse.
• Authentication providers used to manage account access.
• Notification providers used to deliver push notifications.
• Platform and billing providers, including Google Play, for subscription handling.
• Service providers who support analytics, monitoring, or customer support.
• Authorities or legal counterparties when required by law or to protect our rights.
• Parties you direct us to interact with through your connected integrations.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LemonPulse, maintain account history, meet security and legal needs, and resolve disputes.

If you disconnect a Lemon connection, LemonPulse will stop using that connection for future syncing. Related synced data may be deleted or retained for a limited period as required for operations, dispute handling, backups, or legal compliance.

7. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact info@lemonpulse.com.

You can also manage your store access by rotating or revoking your Lemon Squeezy API key and by disconnecting stores inside LemonPulse.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data handled by LemonPulse. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

LemonPulse and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to applicable safeguards where required.

10. Children's Privacy

LemonPulse is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for this service.
