1. Provider And Effective Date

LemonPulse is operated by Jimmy Armand, doing business as LemonPulse, with a mailing address at info@lemonpulse.com.

2. The Service

LemonPulse is a product for Lemon Squeezy sellers. It includes a public website, an Android application, and related services that help users connect seller accounts, review synced store activity, view dashboards and analytics, and manage notification preferences.

3. Eligibility And Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use LemonPulse only for lawful business or evaluation purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4. Your Lemon Squeezy Connections

If you connect a Lemon Squeezy store or provide an API key, you represent that you are authorized to do so. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data made available through your connected account.

You may revoke, rotate, or remove your API key at any time. Disconnecting a store may remove related access and synced data from LemonPulse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LemonPulse in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or abuse rate limits.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except as allowed by law.
• Use LemonPulse to access stores or data you are not permitted to access.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, And Google Play

Some LemonPulse features may require a paid subscription such as LemonPulse Pro. If you purchase through Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, pricing display, and refunds are governed by Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

We do not promise that a specific price, feature set, or plan structure will remain available forever. We may change features or subscription packaging in the future.

7. Availability And Changes

LemonPulse may evolve over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, pages, or integrations at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error free.

8. Intellectual Property

LemonPulse, including its branding, website content, software, and related materials, is owned by Jimmy Armand, doing business as LemonPulse, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer Of Warranties

LemonPulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for your specific business needs.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimmy Armand, doing business as LemonPulse, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to LemonPulse.

Any maximum liability cap should be reviewed by your legal advisor and inserted here before launch if needed.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jimmy Armand, doing business as LemonPulse, from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of LemonPulse, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LemonPulse if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation is no longer practical.

You may stop using LemonPulse at any time and may remove connected stores or subscriptions subject to applicable platform rules.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
